2. Consultation enquiries

We use the information you voluntarily provide by email to respond to your enquiry, understand your practice’s needs and arrange our discussion. This may include your name, email address, phone number, specialty, practice or institution name and the content of your message. Please do not include patient information or health data in your consultation enquiry.

Sending an email does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

3. Legal basis and retention

Where an individual requests a consultation on their own behalf, we process their data to take steps at their request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For a contact person representing an institution or business, the basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with them (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)); the individual may object to this processing. Contacting us by email does not constitute separate marketing consent.

If we do not begin working together, we retain consultation correspondence for 12 months after the enquiry is closed or the last substantive contact, then delete it. This deletion schedule must also be applied to email correspondence. If we begin working together, separate rules apply to contractual and accounting data.

4. Data processors and transfers

Tárhely.Eu Kft. provides the technical hosting for the website and the kapcsolat@medicalagency.hu email address. Messages sent through the email application opened from the website are not automatically added to Zoho CRM. If we activate a Zoho-based form in the future, we will update this section beforehand.

We do not sell personal data or use enquiries for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Your rights

You may use the email address above to request access, rectification and, where the applicable conditions are met, erasure or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and request data portability where legally applicable. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or seek a remedy before a court.

6. Cookies and technical data

This website currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies. Your manual choice of light or dark appearance is stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage), so it is retained across pages and future visits. This setting contains no name or contact information. Selecting automatic mode removes the stored preference and follows your system’s appearance settings. The hosting provider may process technical logs to serve the website. We will update this section and the cookie settings before introducing analytics or additional external services.
